Park Colonial (PHASE 4) Launch is underway with a spanking new showroom! We would like to extend the preview for all keen buyers. There will be a refurbished showflat for Park Colonial, due to open 1Q2020. Registration is needed for preview. Public walk-in dates TBC.

Please take note that we have revised Park Colonial TOP estimated Completion date as construction progress has been ahead of schedule. Park Colonial will TOP approximately 4Q2020/1Q2021, assuming smooth progression. Legal Completion date on paper remains unchanged. You should also be expected to pay the first 5 phases of disbursement as soon as you exercise your Sales and Purchase Agreement. Specific phases may differ a few months depending on the block that you have purchased.

Park Colonial TOP will be in phases according to blocks and stacks, if you need a more accurate Park Colonial TOP date to time your finances and cash flow, or house moving planning, kindly seek advice from your salesperson or conveyancing lawyer.
