Please take note that we have revised Park Colonial TOP Completion date as construction progress has been ahead of schedule. Park Colonial will TOP approximately November 2020. You should also be expected to pay the first 5 phases of disbursement as soon as you exercise your Sales and Purchase Agreement. Specific phases may differ a few months depending on the block that you have purchased.
